Company's Best

Company Social's for the month of September was highlighted with the awarding of the Company's Best. Last October 3, 2011, PO1 Joy Luyang Taganas adjudged as the Model PNCO for the Month of September and Team 4, 1st Platoon led by PO1 Mark Albert Deloria Bienes was adjudged as the Best Team. The awardees shown great dedication and love to their work. Their efforts strengthen their earned respect to the whole company at the same time a an inspiration and a model.

Physical Conditioning

A sound mind makes a healthy body. The company is regularly observing the morning reveille and road run to maintain its body physique and be prepared for upcoming activities. This routine greatly contributes in the performance of duty with efficient and effectivity.

Eco Friendly Activities

The 3rd Maneuver Company continues its advocacy in planting more trees to every place of assignment. Since August 2010 as it was first started where an initial of 5oo mahogany seedlings where planted at the RPSB 10 Battalion Hqs located at Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City. After one year the company was able to grow more than 2000 seedlings of different trees. On its present home at Pinamaloy, Don Carlos, Bukidnon another batch of trees where planted around the camp vicinity to replace cut trees and eventually will create an eco friendly PNP Camp.

School Based/ Child Friendly Activities

This month of June the company launch its Adopt a School Program to establish more in the community. The first school to benefit from this project is Sto. Rosario Elementary School which is located at Barangay Sto. Rosario Municipality of Kitaotao Province of Bukidnon which is 12 KM from the national highway. The barangay is noted to be safe havens of the CNN with much of the populace are their sympathizers. The activity conducted was initiated to bring the police closer to the people and bridging the gap between the government. One way of making this to happen is gaining their sympathy through school based/child friendly activities.

Moral Values Enhancement

The company continues to conduct Moral Values Enhancement Activities like conduct of holy mass inside the camp where the personnel will have a chance to worship despite of busy work schedule. Last May 28, 2011 Rev. Fr. Jorimel A. Gumban celebrated a holy mass at Lady of Mt Carmel Chapel located in the Company Heaquarters at Pinamaloy, Don Carlos Bukidnon.

Outreach Feeding Program

Another Outreach Program was organized by the PCR Team of 3rd Maneuver Company last May 20, 2011 spearheaded by its Company Commander, PSI MARK ANTHONY D DARROCA at Happy Home Foundation Inc, Center for Mental Health at Poblacion, Maramag, Bukidnon. A total of 100 patients shared the packed lunch brought by the troops of 3rd MC. The beneficies dedicated a thank you song right after their lunch as a sign of gratitude and thanksgiving.

Lenten Season Celebration

April 22 2011, Good Friday, the circumference of Pinamaloy Lake was the venue of the Station of the Cross celebrated this day. The devotees flocked the whole area while the Members of 3rd Maneuver Company led by PSI MARK ANTHONY DOROMAL DARROCA, Company Commander ensure the safety and order of the said activity preventing the criminal elements to destruct the praying public. The whole celebration of the Lenten Season ended successfully without any reports of crime incident.

Inter-Agency Coordination and Planning

Last April 4, 2011 PI JOVEN TABUEN BAHIL, Company Ex-O and PO1 Gerardo Biñales Palencia, PCR PNCO discussed to the members of ABC of Don Carlos the Operational Concept of Barangay Peacekeeping Operations (BPO) and Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT) during their ABC Meeting. The meeting was also attended by Hon Felix S. Manzano, Municipal Mayor of Don Carlos who initially approved the proposed project of the Company.

Fire Evacuation Drills

PSI MARK ANTHONY DOROMAL DARROCA, Company Commander of 3^rd Maneuver Company conducted a Fire Evacuation Drills inside the camp to reherse all personnel in any fire incident. The activity is also inline with the Fire Prevention from March 01 - 31 this year with the theme “KAHANDAAN SA SUNOG PATUNGO SA KAUNLARAN”.

School Based Activities

PSI MARK ANTHONY DOROMAL DARROCA, Company Commander of 3rd Maneuver Company received the Certificate of Recognition from the School Principal MRS. TEREZA FILOMENA B. ROLDAN and MR. GILBERT R. ANDO, District Supervisor for giving the assistance to the Feeding Program of Department of Education to Grade 1 to Grade 6 pupils of Pinamaloy Elementary School conducted last 17 March 2011 during the 21ST Commencement Exercises of Pinamaloy Elementary School held at the Barangay Pinamaloy covered court last April 4, 2011.

Company Commander's Time

PSI MARK ANTHONY DOROMAL DARROCA, Company Commander held a Company Commander's Time by organizing a Basketball Game to develop sportsmanship and teamwork among the Company personnel. Said game was played between the Company Key Personnel and 1st Maneuver Platoon who eventually dominated by the Key Personnel with a score 35-51.
